Wet N’ Wild also has eyeliner, nail polish, brow pencils and more that are inexpensive. These products along with blush and eyeshadow is what I recommend, and are the best of their products.

3) BH Cosmetics has a range of products for $12 and under. Inexpensive palettes that would cost you a fortune if you were to get the name brands at Sephora or MAC. The most expensive things they have? A contour and blush palette for $15. This is when you want to treat yourself to something that is close to pricey, but is affordable for when you want to splurge.

4) Black Radiance!!! *THE* go-to cosmetics company with inexpensive makeup for Black people. I’ve seen foundation for as low as $5 on their website, and lipstick in stores for $2 and under. They have a variety of products, and for ALL shades! If you’ve been spending a great amount of money on makeup because you haven’t found the perfect brand for Black people, please look no further! These are the products I recommend the most from this company.The website OFTEN has sales for as much as 50% off of their products. 8) Hard Candy. A really good cosmetics line that is sort of *edgy*, but you can find everything but foundation and powder here. For black people, this is a good line to use if you want to get eye makeup, blush, lipstick and nail polish. For foundation and powder, you’d want to look at the other websites listed. But there’s still good value on most of their products.
